Mr. El-Tahan has more than 20 years’ experience in various heavy civil & infrastructure projects ranging from complex design-build, highway reconstruction, underground servicing, trunk sewers, feeder mains, municipal road re-construction, and earthworks projects at all levels, including experience with the MTO. Mr. El-Tahan has clear understanding of provincial and municipal standards, acts, regulations, and bylaws, including QC/QA requirements, and OTM & OHSA. Furthermore, Mr. El-Tahan has been responsible for upwards of 200 workers in multiple disciplines and solely responsible for managing project managers, coordinators, field engineers, site superintendents, and design engineers. 

 

As President & Owner of Hebster Construction Inc., Mr. El-Tahan governs the commercial and operating aspects of the business, manages client relations and oversees all activities related to operations and management of the organization.
