• Civil Engineering Technology: Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology, Toronto

 

Mr. Neag has more than 15 years’ experience in heavy civil & infrastructure projects ranging from complex tunnels, earthworks, underground site servicing, feedermain, highway and municipal road re-construction.

 

Mr. Neag worked for various reputable contractors, including one of the top ten largest in Canada. Mr. Neag was responsible for managing projects within the private and public sector and has a clear understanding of municipal and provincial standards as well as governing Health and Safety regulations.

 

As Co-Founder & Director of Hebster Municipal Inc., Mr. Neag is responsible for business development, client relations, contract administration and overall management of all municipal infrastructure projects.
