Ms. Lancaster has over 20 years’ experience as a dedicated and versatile administrative professional, with 12 years’ experience in the construction industry, primarily in the labour sector. Ms. Lancaster managed her own business as a small business consultant, bringing direction and operational support to entrepreneurs for business development, including accounting, administration and records management, marketing and communications, executive assistance, and planning.


As Manager of Finance and Administration, Ms. Lancaster is responsible for providing strategic management of the accounting, finance and administrative functions while ensuring seamless integration in strategic decision making with senior management. With expertise in development, Ms. Lancaster provides significant contributions to planning and procedural implementation of our office systems along with operational support and management of administrative staff.
