Mr. Colalillo has over 10 years’ experience in civil construction & rehabilitation projects including private sector, public sector and municipal infrastructure ranging from highway & road reconstruction to underground servicing for various design-build, lump sum and unit price contracts.
Mr. Colalillo worked with one of GTA’s most reputable road contractors and was responsible for the overall management of their estimating department and staff. As Manager of Estimating, his role included tender review, subcontract solicitation, tender preparation and submissions, contract administration, project management and developed strategies to ensure the organization’s goals were achieved.
As Estimating Manager at Hebster Construction Inc., Mr. Colalillo oversees all aspects of the estimating department including business development, procurement, bid strategy development, tender submissions and management of supplier and subcontractor relations.
