Supporting Ontario's Safe Employers (SOSE)
Hebster Construction Inc. is recognized as a Safe Employer under Supporting Ontario’s Safe Employers (SOSE) program.
The program recognizes employers across Ontario who successfully implement an occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) in their workplace. The program is the first of its kind in Canada. This ministry program was developed to promote and recognize excellence in occupational health and safety in Ontario workplaces.
ISO 45001:2018
Hebster Construction Inc. has achieved ISO 45001:2018 certification. This represents the global standard for safety, developed with the input of global experts and is internationally recognized in 80 countries. By meeting the ISO45001 standard, Hebster Construction's safety program is operating at a world-class level. ISO45001:2018 is an accredited system recognized by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development.

Hebster understands the importance of health & safety in the workplace & on our job sites and strictly complies with all local, provincial and federal workplace laws and regulations, including the Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) Ontario.
