Mr. Rossi has more than 25 years’ experience in heavy civil & infrastructure projects ranging from complex design-build delivery models which include earthworks, deep foundations, underground site servicing, hard & soft landscaping, streetscaping, highway and road reconstruction.

 

Mr. Rossi worked with one of the largest General Contractors in North America servicing the Industrial, Commercial & Institutional (ICI) Sector. Mr. Rossi was responsible for the management of the pursuit delivery & pre-construction for various design-build delivery models and P3 building projects. This included both estimating and risk management resourcing while developing strategies to support the organizations’ initiatives.

In addition, Mr. Rossi provided construction risk management support to project operations while managing the design development during both the pre-construction and project execution periods.

As Co-Founder & Director of Hebster Commercial Partners Inc., Mr. Rossi is responsible for client relations, business development, contract administration and the overall management of civil infrastructure projects that service the industrial, commercial and institutional (ICI) sector and residential markets.
